On January 1, 2000, Northcross, Hill & Ach, Inc. was formed as a result of a merger between Project Finance Associates and Andrew Ach & Associates. The Principal Partners of Northcross, Hill & Ach, Inc. are Mark Northcross, G. Craig Hill, Andrew Ach and Lisa Liang Siemsen (as of January 2007). The principals have 40 years of combined experience in local government finance and are dedicated to the public sector.
Our goal at Northcross, Hill & Ach, Inc. is to provide financial assistance to California local governments and school districts.
