Northcross, Hill & Ach, Inc. is pleased to announce that Lisa Liang Siemsen has joined the firm as a Principal Partner. Ms. Siemsen brings to the firm and its clients nearly fifteen years of public finance experience and possesses broad expertise in complex financial structuring and credit analysis. Ms. Siemsen will continue to work with city, redevelopment agency, school district and transportation clients. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters degree in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
